DTEK Dobropolyeugol retained and implemented all the obligations stipulated by the Collective Agreement in 2019. Despite the crisis in the energy sector in the second half of the year, wages have been paid at the company’s coal enterprises on time and all social programs have been implemented. The total investment amounted to over UAH 217 million.
DTEK Dobropolyeugol has fulfilled all obligations under the Collective Agreement
DTEK Dobropolyeugol ensured coal supply, compensated for utilities, implemented health insurance and other social programs. Thereby:
11,726 employees and veterans have been provided with household fuel
2,072 employees were paid compensation for utilities in the amount of UAH 8,795,604
903 employees and veterans received financial support in the amount of UAH 2,840,898
339 employees used the new voluntary health insurance service in the amount of UAH 692,076
More than 2,500 employees of enterprises and their family members improved their health in the summer
UAH 83,200,000 was allocated to ensure proper working conditions, including UAH 33,800,00 for the purchase of personal protective equipment
