DTEK Donetskoblenergo has opened a new modern Customer Service Centre in the city of Mariupol. There 80 thousand household clients and 2.5 thousand legal entities can get more than 100 services rendered by the company, seek consultations on power supply issues, and conduct all required transactions: reconciliation of bills, execution of agreements, submission of meter work requests, registration of personal accounts, activation of remote services, and many other issues.
Quick and convenient: DTEK Donetskoblenergo opens a modern Customer

The new Customer Service Centre helps save personal time for DTEK Donetskoblenergo's customers: all issues related to power supply can be solved at one place. Electricity bills can be also paid at the Customer Service Centre. For the sake of convenience of local residents, the Illichivsk branch of the Customer Service will continue its operation and implement the same operational procedures as the new Customer Service Centre by late 2017. The company is also planning to expand the service coverage area to include Livoberezhnyi District residents.

DTEK's senior executives together with the representatives of the regional and city authorities participated in the opening ceremony of the new service centre.

"Each consumer can get a full range of basic power supply services at our new Customer Service Centre: from reconciliation of meter readings to obtaining technical specifications for grid connection," says Ivan Geliukh, acting Electricity Distribution and Sales Directors of DTEK Energy. "It is a key priority for DTEK to provide high quality services to our customers and satisfy their wishes. Opening the Customer Service Centre in Mariupol is a concrete step we are taking to improve the quality of service and maintenance. Moreover, it is only a start: we will keep on and gradually increase the scope of rendered service. For instance, our customer service centres will also render energy efficiency services."

What are the benefits of the new customer service centre?

● It is a one-stop shop saving time and easy to use for customers. Customers can solve any energy supply issue at one place: to pay for electricity, reconcile bills, conclude contracts for electricity supply, get consultations on matters related to network connection and other electricity supply issues.

● The centre keeps historic records about all customers indicating their benefits, tariffs, wishes and requests to the Company in the automated client relations management data base (CRM-system).

"I believe in the great future of such centres, which ensure prompt response, convenience and high quality services for the customers," says Aleksandr Goltvenko, First Mariupol Mayor Deputy. "Administrative services are no longer associated with frustration and long queues in stuffy rooms. Not anymore. I am happy that this vision is shared by the largest companies in the Donetsk region, which is proven by opening of the Customer Service Centre in Mariupol by DTEK Donetskoblenergo. One of the largest Ukrainian energy suppliers, the key electricity supplier in Mariupol, has made a big step towards its customers. I am sure that the new Centre will offer our citizens high quality services they deserve."

For reference:

It is the second Customer Service Centre offering the full range of services. The first one has been successfully  operating in the city of Kramatorsk. DTEK Donetskoblenergo is planning to establish four such centres in the nearest future.
