How it works:
— A customer can go to any Ukrposhta office and pay for electric power based on a bill charged by the energy company.
— If a customer does not have a bill with them, they can approach an operator, specify their personal account or tenant’s full name and find out the amount to be paid from the post office operator. This service is available at automated post operator offices (where operating PCs are connected to the Internet).
— When paying at a post office, a customer can also send power meter readings to the energy company. Bills have a line for specifying current readings. Upon payment, readings are sent to DTEK Donetskoblenergo.
“We are constantly improving the list of services that we provide to our customers, trying to make them easier and more accessible,” said Oleksandr Severin, DTEK Donetskoblenergo Sales Director. - This service is especially useful for small settlements where there is no energy company’s office, but there is an Ukrposhta office.”
Also we remind you that each user can enter their meter readings in their residential customer Personal Account on the energy company’s website www.dtek-dem.com.ua. Besides, the service allows customers to instantly pay electric power bills with bank cards with no fees applied, as well as manage their personal account data. In addition, customer service centers allow customers to subscribe for free information texting service for customers to send free SMS messages to DTEK Donetskoblenergo about the actual power meter readings, as well as receive energy company’s notices on electric power prices and other useful information.
