Collecting things for the orphanage decided to organize an activist and an employee of the underground power supply and repair of the electrical equipment of the Pavlogradskaya mine - Pavel Mostovoi. At first, he threw a cry on the site, and then went out with this proposal to the meeting of the trade union committee of the National University. Trade union leader Vadim Tereshchenko wholeheartedly supported him. Next - posted an announcement about collecting things in the most crowded places in the mine management area and the process went.
"I myself was at the forefront of ATO and I know how the children need them in basic things of daily use," recalls Pavel Mostovoi. - And that at us in Pavlograd there is a volunteer group of "Power of good", helping military and orphans, learned at one of the meetings of the mine trade union committee. Volunteers Elizaveta Lyashenko and Marina Vyatorup came to our trade union leader Vadim Valeryevich Tereshchenko for providing material assistance for a trip to the front line and to an orphanage. So they got to know each other, talked and somehow the idea came to mind of helping volunteers in the implementation of their good deeds. "
So fruitful cooperation began. Pavel Mostovoy brought to the volunteer point things, personal hygiene products and other all the most necessary in everyday use, collected by the team of his site. From volunteers I learned about the existence of Maryinsky orphanage. And knowing about the Pavlograd friendly team in the mine management department and the fact that this is not the first charity event for them, I decided to try and take the initiative in collecting things for needy orphans. Place the ad and the result was not long in coming. Within a month, employees of the enterprise brought, who things, who are stationery goods, who means personal hygiene, and also many other things not less necessary for life activity and development of "special" children. The number of people who responded to the aid and the volume of collected things were pleasantly surprised by their mass character. Now volunteers have something to please the kids.
Pavel Mostovoi, miner of DTEK SHU Pavlograd:
"I can say with certainty that we will continue to take an active part in such actions, because every employee of the mine management department of Pavlogradskiy understands how important and vital it is to help our neighbors who are in a difficult situation."
