DTEK is preparing new managers without interruption
A man grows throughout his life if he works on himself. After all, as physical development depends on the active way of life, and intelligence depends on self-development. Unfortunately, the routine of everyday life in the rhythm of "home-work, work-home" does not always help to exit the comfort zone. Therefore, the DTEK Academy decided to give the energy engineers a great incentive to work on themselves and introduce the School of Masters. The project has already started at all DTEK TPPs. At Ladyzhinskaya TES, the School of Masters was opened on April 4, 2018.
DTEK is preparing new managers without interruption

"Our students have recently left the locksmiths and have already become masters, that is, managers of the lower level. As they have already guessed, the manager is a completely different level. After all, the nuts twist they are very good. Now they need to get manager skills. This is necessary in order to manage people and processes, otherwise processes will govern us, which is not acceptable, "- said the director of DTEK Ladyzhinskaya TPP Oleksandr Bobryk during the opening of the school of masters.

The most important thing in the School is self-education. During 5 months of training masters must radically change their approach to their duties. The end-of-term training without interruption will be the design work that students will defend before the management of the business unit. The ideas of the projects will be taken from the real situations of the production process. And the search for effective solutions will be useful both for production and for the student himself. The same as the chief engineer of Ladyzhinskaya TPP Vadim Simakov emphasized, in order to achieve the goal, the masters will have to immerse themselves in every topic with all possible methods and means, and to consolidate theoretical knowledge immediately in practice. Upon completion of the training masters will receive appropriate certificates and invaluable experience, which will allow them to grow professionally more quickly.

"The masters' school was set up to provide manufacturing companies with thermal generation with high-quality masters, to improve the culture of safety and to help them develop their managerial competencies," said Natalya Havrylyuk, head of the DTEK Ladyzhinskaya TPP Personnel Management Department. - The key role is assigned to masters, because they form the backbone of our station. School participants will receive useful knowledge on the basics of production management and economics, expand knowledge and skills of equipment, understand how to help subordinates in their professional development.
