Dobropolskoe mine workers receive bonuses for safe work

In mine management Dobropolskoe motivate employees to work safely and money is encouraged by those who know how to work effectively, observing all established rules. In January, the company summed up the results of this work for the 4th quarter of 2017. Sites and employees who best observed the rules of labor protection received the premiums for safe labor for a total of 58.8 thousand UAH.

Among the main industrial sites a prize of 10 thousand UAH got a plot on coal mining # 4 under the direction of Maxim Diwulsky. The collective of the site not only confidently leads the production indicators, fulfilling and overfulfying production plans, but also maintains a model order in the workplaces, ensures the safe conduct of works. The auxiliary units received awards for reducing the level of injuries and accidents at work. So the ventilation and safety equipment number 1 and repair-and-restoration work No. 2 reduced the number of injuries, and in the repair and restoration works No. 1, the runoff №1 and the conveyor transport №1 of the trauma - an extremely rare phenomenon. Individual premiums up to 1000 UAH were given by 15 employees who have been active in the development of the labor protection system and commitment to security issues.

"People need positive reinforcements of proper behavior, including material ones. It is impossible to form a high culture of work with fines and punishments, Konstantin Vyaly, Director of the SB Dobropolskoe assured. Employees are well versed in the opportunity to receive an additional bonus for safe work. And we hope that monetary and moral incentives will become a worthy incentive for our miners to work without injuries and accidents. "

Such a bonus for performance of occupational safety and industrial safety indicators is carried out at the Dobropolskoe district heating department once a quarter within the framework of a special labor protection competition on the order of the director of the mine administration Konstantin Vyalogo.
