Dobropolskaya miners achieve impressive results
In March 2018, the miners of the mining site No. 4 (the head Maksim Divulsky, foreman Alexander Osmyatchenko) of Dobropolskaya mine DTEK Dobropolyeugol for the first time in the history of the enterprise issued a record 80 thousand tons of coal per month from one lava of the reservoir m51. The initiative of colleagues was supported by miners of the site No. 1 under the leadership of the acting president. Chief Stanislav Bodashko and foreman Nikolai Nalesnoy. They extracted 50 thousand tons of coal, which is a record volume of production from the reservoir l3 with a capacity of only 1.1
Dobropolskaya miners achieve impressive results

To achieve high results was possible due to the correct organization of production and investments of DTEK in mine management Dobropolskoe, which last year exceeded 400 million UAH. These funds have made it possible to staff cleaning faces with new and overhauled equipment: domestic harvesters GLS-450, UKD 200-400, conveyors SP-251, support 1KD90.

"The high result of the fourth section, which was successfully mastered by the new combine harvester GLS-450, is quite natural," said Oleg Dereppkin, the head of the mining operations of the DU of Dobropolskoe. "However, the success of the first section is no less significant. It is twice as high as previously achieved, if we take into account that the extractable capacity of the reservoir l3 is only 1.1 m. Modernization, more advanced equipment played a role. But the team constantly increased the rate of production, increasing the load. In this case, the development of this lava was carried out on a one-sided pattern. The restraining was the gas factor. In parallel with the extraction of coal, work was carried out to maintain the conveyor gangway for its re-use in the next cleaning face. And, despite the difficulties, the average daily load on lava was 1,614 tons, the productivity of work GROZ - 500 tons per month. At the same time, the team not only exceeded the plan, setting a record, but also extracted high-quality coal. "

Konstantin Vyaly, Director of DTEK SHU Dobropolskoye, I am sure that the high results - the indicator of maturity, confidence, team cohesion, correct orientation to a high result: "Our guys have an important distinctive feature - they are trying to do their work better today than yesterday. This production culture helps us to reach new heights and give the country gas coal, much needed by thermal generation. "
