The Center for Public Activity, which operates in Burshtyn on the basis of the Prykarpattia Local Economic Development Agency, together with DTEK Energy launched the Children's Smile project. The key goal is the social adaptation of migrant children, helping them find new friends among the little local citizens.

The project is a continuation of the volunteer initiative, which has been implemented in Burshtyn with the support of the city authorities since the beginning of March and has received numerous positive reviews from both children and their parents. During this time, more than 20 master classes were held, which were attended by more than 600 children.

The project includes creative studios, classes in applications, drawing and Easter painting, thematic chants, flash mobs, art therapy, cognitive lectures in the form of games, etc. Professional teachers are involved in the event.

More than a thousand children are expected to take part in the social project over the next two months. Thus, in total, the project will help more than 1,600 children to adapt.

The Prykarpattia Local Economic Development Agency has been operating since 2018 with the financial support of DTEK Energy within the framework of the Company's Social Partnership Program and the Amber City Council. The purpose of the organization is to promote social, economic and cultural development of the region, increase the competitiveness and institutional stability of territorial communities.
