With just a few weeks left until the start of the heating season, power engineers continue working 24/7 to repair and restore equipment damaged by enemy shelling. They make every effort to ensure that Ukrainian people are provided with electricity and heat during winter despite the enemy’s plans or actions.
After a major overhaul, DTEK Energy’s power engineers have returned to the energy system an energy unit of one of the company’s thermal power plants.
During summer peaks, when electricity consumption reaches its maximum due to heat, the energy unit has added an extra 190 MW capacity to the energy system.
