Who are we looking for? Young professionals who are starting their careers or already have experience and seek to gain practical skills and experience in a powerful company:
Young professionals / graduates / graduate students at leading universities
Persons who are studying/graduated in Finance, Economics or Law
Specialists who have achievements or awards in research activities (as an advantage)
Specialists who speak Ukrainian, Russian and English (Upper Intermediate and higher levels) languages
Confident MS Office users, in particular Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Word (other programs user skills are an additional advantage)
Professionals who are able to quickly find, process and organize large amounts of data
Specialists who have the ability to generate concise reports based on processed information
Specialists who know how to develop or have experience in developing financial and economic models and forecasts (as an advantage for financiers)
Persons who are open to new things, have proactive attitude and innovative thinking and innovation skills
Program structure: Internship in different departments, work with cross-functional projects. The program will allow interns to learn how the energy company and its individual divisions work, to learn in practice the basics of simulating medium and long-term company indicators, to get acquainted with analytical and forecasting tools that need to be used, etc. or to learn about legal analysis of business situations, and to gain practical experience in legal support of the company’s activities.
Purpose of the program: Form a new generation of leaders in the energy industry. We are looking for ambitious, talented young people who want to make the most of their abilities in the energy products industry. Program participants will be able to work in a team of the most qualified and experienced industry experts and test own skills.
The top program participants will be offered employment based on the results of the internship and upon availability of vacancies.
DTEK ENERGY is a key player in the Ukrainian coal industry. The sector production capacity includes 13 mines and 4 coal preparation plants. The total coal production in 2020 amounted to 18.9 million tonnes.
