PJSC “DTEK ZAKHIDENERGO” performs its activities and makes investments in development of electric power production at installations using alternative energy sources with further sale of electric power produced by the “green” tariff to the Wholesale Electric Power Market of Ukraine.

The Resolution of NEURC dated 30.06.2017 No. 866 has approved the Procedure for holding an open discussion of draft decisions of the National Energy and Utilities Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure), Section 2 of which has established the Procedure for open discussion of draft decisions of NEURC on setting prices (tariffs), approval of investment development programmes/plans and changes thereto.

In accordance with the Procedure, the Company held an open discussion on December 20, 2017 on the need to set a “green” electric power tariff by PJSC “DTEK ZAKHIDENERGO” produced by “Solar power plant with a capacity of 0.5 MW”.

Comments and suggestions had been being accepted till 05:00 pm, December 19, 2017 (inclusive) at: 24321, Ladyzhyn, Nakonechnyi str., office No. 306, and by e-mail PolischukТV@dtek.com.

An open discussion (open hearing) began at 11:00 am on January 20, 2017 in the small hall of “Prometheus” cultural centre.

The event was attended by representatives of executive authorities and local self-government authorities, representatives of public institutions, and local residents.

Average monthly household payment for heat supply service in the second quarter of 2017 amounted to UAH 138,58

Water and chemical conditions of the heat network of DTEK Ladyzhynska TPP meets the requirements of operating and maintenance rules for electric power plants and networks of Ukraine:

Temperature conditions of the heat network – 130/70^oC;

Hydraulic conditions in winter – 8.5/3.3 kg/cm², in summer – 5.0/2.0 kg/cm²;

Water consumption in winter – 1,510 m³/h, in summer – 490 m³/h.

Energy saving measures and programmes for heat transportation and supply (if any): 

1. Fulfilment of the repair and test schedule on heat networks approved by the chief engineer of DTEK Ladyzhynska TPP.

2. Installation of heat meters for each heat consumption facility, analysis of heat consumption in a building.

3. Repair and revision of shut-off valves, replacement of gland packing.

4. Replacement of fault pipeline sections of the heat network (blowholes, leaks).

5. Restoration and repair of the main and coating layers of pipeline insulation of the heat networks (main, block level, building level).

6. Flushing of heat networks after repairs before heating season.

7. Revision of limiting orifices installed on the heat inlets to buildings.
