DTEK Energy power engineers have completed the scheduled repair of another power unit of the Company's Thermal Power Plants. This is the 21st unit within the planned maintenance campaign that has been running since the start of the year.
The power unit is already in operation, it can provide 80 MW of power, with plans to increase this to 125 MW in the near future. This will strengthen the balancing power of thermal generation and will enable the power system to go through times of peak electricity consumption with less trouble.
Power engineers continue doing everything possible to maintain reliable operation of the energy system, and thus — power and heat in Ukrainian homes regardless of cold snaps, bad weather, and enemy shelling.
