DTEK Energy's machine-building enterprises joined this social project by providing charitable assistance for the creation of an inclusive space.

The centre's goal is to provide children with access to corrective care, rehabilitation and comprehensive development in a safe and comfortable environment. Here, they will be able to receive the necessary support from specialists, develop their skills, and socialise.

In addition, as is well known, last year DTEK Energy was the first company in Ukraine to adapt and equip the surface area of one of its mines in Dnipro region for the employment of veterans with disabilities. Currently, an accessibility audit of the common workspace has already been conducted at 20 of the company's enterprises: UG Mine surface sites, TPPs, machinery plants. The company has also developed a tool that is unique for Ukraine – a catalogue of jobs for the employment of veterans with disabilities, which will be used at its enterprises.
