Viktor Hnatush, Chief Specialist of the Electrical Equipment and Measuring Instruments Department of the Production Management Service, received a Certificate of Merit from the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on the occasion of the Power Engineer's Day.
After repeated shelling of the power plant, which damaged power equipment, power engineers had to quickly restore the operation of the plant's power units. Viktor Hnatush, who has perfect knowledge of electrical and operational schemes, supervised and was directly involved in these works, so that the power engineers could complete them in the shortest possible time.
“The worst part is looking at the mangled equipment on fire. To realize how much human labor was invested in the operation of this equipment, and now it is all destroyed in seconds. But we simply have no other choice – we have to take and restore as much as necessary. I live for this station and I believe that it will definitely work to its full potential. The station will develop, and so will the town of Ladyzhyn,” says Viktor.
Viktor has been working at the station since 1974. He is a highly qualified specialist who ensures trouble-free operation of the electrical equipment assigned to the department, submits proposals aimed at improving the quality of equipment operation and reducing the number of accidents.
