In 2024, DTEK Energy companies paid UAH 16.9 billion in taxes to the budgets of all levels.
This is over 14% more than in 2023, when UAH 14.8 billion was paid.
"Our priority is to restore the TPPs damaged and destroyed by shelling as soon as possible and prepare for the summer consumption peaks and the next heating season. But despite the war, the company is committed to fulfilling its obligations to the state, providing jobs for the economy and continuing to pay salaries to employees in a timely manner," said DTEK Energy CEO Oleksandr Fomenko.
In 2024, the company's own investments in repairs and rehabilitation of TPPs and Ukrainian coal mining totalled UAH 11 billion. This is largely due to the fact that the restoration of thermal generation capacities has been and continues to go on non-stop, and miners managed to put 26 new coal longwalls into operation last year and another 5 since the beginning of this year.
